Forearm flexors

Origin
Medial epicondyle of the humerus (common flexor origin), radius and ulna
Insertion
Carpal and metacarpal bones, the phalanges, and the radius (pronator teres)
Action
Flex the wrist and fingers and provide grip strength; the pronator teres pronates the forearm

The muscle group on the palm side of the forearm. Deadlifts, rows and pull-ups train them through grip; wrist curls isolate them.
